hooking up

hooking up I had my harness cut and flashed by a shop and all it does is fire up and die so do I have something hooked up wrong. It's. 01 6.0 from 2500hd
On my ecu I have:
Large red
Green
Green/white
Orange
Brown/white
White
Blue
Purple
What goes where.

It could be a lot of things but I would check where those wires you listed goto. Take a look at where they are pinned on the pcm and see what they are supposed to goto from the info on the following site:

Based on the little info I have, it could either be that the fuel relay circuit is not hot in run or the VATS have not been disabled on the PCM.

Another vote for VATS not being removed.

Large red------------------Battery
Green---------------------- Serial data OBD2 maybe
Green/white---------------- Could be VSS
Orange--------------------- 12v+ hot all time (this should be to your fuse panel not a loose wire
Brown/white---------------- I think check engine light wire is brwn/wht not 100%
White---------------------- Tach
Blue-----------------------???
Purple --------------------Brake switch
