does it make a difference on what C clip elimination i run or the stock ones? What are the benefits or disadvantage of each? Any recommended brands for C- clip eliminators??

C-clip eliminator kits are prone to leaking. The ones made by Strange tend to be a little more street friendly. Keep in mind that most c-clip eliminator kits are geared towards drag race cars that don't see a lot of lateral loading. They are essentially a safety feature to keep the axle from walking out in case the axle breaks. If you have disk brakes on the rear there is less chance of that happening since the caliper will still hold on to the rotor even if the axle breaks. Also make sure that the c-clip eliminator kit that you choose works with disk brakes, as many do not.
