96 s10 l33 swap

96 s10 l33 swap first off i want to say thanks to all members of ls1 tech and preformance trucks.net bc over the past 2 years i have read hundereds of post that made this all come together.
so to start off its a 96 chevy s10 ext cab that had a 4.3 5speed.
what im putting in it is a 05 l33 5.3 with 799 cast heads and 04 t56 6speed out of a gto.
i got a little parts happy so i have already got a long way into the project but i wanted you all to know more about it.
i rebuilt the motor and installed a tsp 220r cam and hardened push rods and ls2 timing chain. toped off with lunadi duel gold valve springs.
on top i put a 96mm typhoon intake and 30# injectors with a FAST 92mm tb.
for the trans is a stock build with a spec stage 2 clutch and f body pro 5.0 shifter.
for the rear i went with a ford 8.8 with 373 limited slip and disk brakes.
the rest is tipical s10 swap stuff like lsx swap shorty headers, frame mounts and motor mounts. and a readiator that fits inside the core subort with duel elc. fans.

had to stop and order corvette brackets. i was going to use truck brackes bc i thought my intake would sit high enough to clear the water pump. but its not so i ordered a corvette ls2, crank pully, water pump and power steering bracket. we will see what this will get me.
