Default Power steering?

I have a 2002 Lm7 and a front clip from a Malibu -79 with power steering.

Will the power steering work with no problem if i use the lm7 pump or what do i need to do?

You should be ok. If anything add a Power Steering Cooler to help dissipate any excessive heating of the fluid. You will need to make or modify lines to fit or use AN adapters and SS Teflon lined hose.

Check the ports on you steering box, if they are metric you can PS lines from a Malibu. I think they will be standard though. If you get a steering box out of a later g-body (like a 87 Monte Carlo) you can run Monte Carlo power steering lines, just make sure to get ones for a car WITHOUT air conditioning.
