69 Beaumont Build Hey everyone we just completed out 69 Beaumont LS2 DBW build Thanks to everyone on here for all their input and advice. I followed lots of the threads for information. We are pretty proud of the way it turned out.

to handle the added power later we boxed the stock chassis and added in some reinforcement.
We used QA1 Coil Overs on all four corners. The front control arms are older spring style Global west modified to accept the new Coil overs and the rear are and ABC performance setup
We used a and highly modified a Magnaflow Chevelle system.
Here is another shot from the underside. The black line on the oil pan is where we needed to cut it for more ground clearance.

This is what we had to do to the GM Performance Muscle car pan......
Not it is no longer the lowest point on the car

Well a good deal cam up and we grabbed another 06 engine and trans combo
we tore down the engine and and went through it. The Cylinders are now 4.005 and have a set of Wiseco pistons filling their hole. along with new 6.125 rods connected to a stock crank. There is a set of AFR heads topping it off and a with a comp custom ground cam. And she breaths through a FAST 92 mm intake.

The interior is a mix between 06 GTO Cadillac CTS and 1969 Beaumont (69 GTO dash) We also modified a set of 70-72 Fesler Built door panels work with Silverado door handles.

Sure. The door panels are from a company called Fesler built. Great product but would probably require a significant amount of work to fit them to your 69 GTO. If you are good with fiberglass it can be done.
