Default DIY harness and fuse box circuits and OBDII

So i tore up the 03 truck harness I have for my swap, got C2, C100 and C152 i think it was all pinned out and marked. Also ordered a fuse box and a few relays. But my question os how do people separate the circuits.

Ive got 8 injectors, 2 coil packs, 4 o2 sensors, and the PCM power, trans and neutral switch power, MAF etc etc.....

How are people combining and splitting the circuits and what amp fuses, and what relays aside from the fuel pump go with the setup. I assume there is one for the ECU? I just don't have any wiring diagrams at my disposal at the moment.

I've seen the usual sites and done a ton of searching it seems and everyone shows the box and wiring it, but not how its terminated.

ALSO, the OBDII connector, Ive got 2 serial data lines outa the ECU, which one do I use for the connector?

How To: 4 Wire LS Wiring Harness Conversion, Part…:

I did mine the same way as in the video. I also thought about tracing down each wire to run like the 8 injectors on the same relay.

Take a look at www.lt1swaps.com for a complete harness guide. This is a proven method that many of us have used.
