Porsche Cayman + LS3

Wound up getting the GM alternator and PS kit. All the parts including brackets and bolts were 1/3 the cost of just the PSM electric pump. I will need to do something with the PS res but otherwise this is plug and play.

Outfitting the Cayman with an Arcflash Motorsport Dash. The dash is designed to use AEM sensors as well as many others.

This is the same dash being incoroprated in the Palatov D2 as seen here:

Quarter Master 7.25" dual disk clutch with LS3 Button Flywheel. I decided to go this approach so I could reuse the clutch (with $200 worth of new disks spline for GM) when I go with the Quaife Sequential box. The whole package is 1/2 the price of the KEP clutch. Strong and lighter too. ~2" thick spacer to get proper engagement with the factory transmission.
Cool build; I'm reading with great interest!
I have a Porsche 914/LS1 with an Audi 01e 6 speed transaxle. I too used a QuarterMaster setup, though mine is the single disc 8 1/2 (rally disc, spring hub). The engagement is pretty ubrupt and mildly annoying for the street. I would speculate yours will be yet more abrupt than mine, but that won't matter if you're tracking the car.
So a couple of questions, if you don't mind:
1.) On mine, I adapted to the Audi TO fork and used the QM radius faced TOB. What kind of TO bearing setup are you planning on?
2.) On your flywheel spacer, did you counterbore for hex head bolts? The crank flange has those funky 11MM threads and AFAIK, only availabe in hex head. After I finished my setup, I got wind that ARP made a special run of long (don't recall how long exactly) 11MM crank flange bolts. You might call them directly and spek to someone in engineering.

Hey man, I hope your recovery is going well! Those X ray pics look pretty rough. I have a questions about the throttlebody. I believe that all Porsches 2000+ are drive by wire, so how do you make the Porsche gas pedal work with the LS TB? Are you going to keep it drive by wire, or switch to cable?
