Harness help I have bought a LS3 and a stand alone harness from GM. The part of the harness that goes to the fuse box is too short to hide the fuse box. Can those wires be lengthened to be able to hide the box?thanks for the help
It's certainly possible to do that, but you should be aware that you're looking at adding two "potential sources for problems" for each wire that you lengthen. (And that type of problem can be a REAL PITA to track down!) 
If you approach it with that mindset (& if you have a bit of experience soldering), then sure, a number of people on here have done that.
One thing that I've done is to gone to a junkyard & found a truck not too unlike the one that my engine came from, & took a bunch of the harness from that, so that I would have extra length of the correct type & colors of wire.
