I have been following lt1swap.com wiring instructions and scouring the web for info/ pinouts, here's my dilemma though i have a 2003 wiring harness and a 2000 style fuse box, i do have the connectors in the back of the fuse box from a 2000 style harness but theyve been cut short. any help would be great im using blue/green connector pcm.

 

if i re pin the whole c2 connector on the 03 style harness to match the c2 connector on like a 2000 style harness will that work?
