The fuel tank sump will be a challenge. If your tank is factory, it has a plastic liner in it. I was going to put a similar sump on mine but changed when I examined the construction of the tank. I ended up drilling it for a -10 bulkhead fitting and built a small sump held in place inside the tank by the fitting.

My original tank is long gone this tank has never seen fuel and has no liner. But the tank ribs are going to make it not fun to fit the sump so I was thinking a bulkhead fitting aswell. I am thinking a -10 from the tank to the pump and -6 to the front. Then should I add another pump later I will just double up on everything. Plan to run hard line down the frame rail.

No suprise there, the lined tanks are good at rotting out. You should be in good shape then, especially since you're eliminating the irs. The most difficult part of routing hardline is getting it around that. It's a good looking car, it's cool that you've hung on to it since you were 14.

I think you will run into problems with the turbo there... I would mount the radiator support and radiator first to see how much room you have.. I am currently building a 69 with a 4.8 and with the radiator and electric fan mounted I had only 6-8 inches to work with...even fabbing my own support. There looks like a lot of room but isn't, also it looks like you don't have your head light bezels and actuators in which takes up a bunch of space especially when the radiator lays down at an angle.... If you were to mount the fan on the front side of the radiator your turbo still looks like it may be in contact with the other side...not to mention by the looks of how your planning your hotside the radiator hoses are right there as well.... another point to think about is your intake decision an ls6/ls1 would put the throttle body almost right into the turbo where its at now... even the pro flo or vic jr with aarons elbow would be a tight fit.. I had to get a 4 inch cowl to fit mine under the hood...

I plan to run a eldebrock proflo tall intake should work pretty well as a straight shot into it. Its going to run on e85 and plan to run methanol injector in each port.
Headlights are a non issue because I'm ditching the factory Assembly and am going to fab my own so there's more useful room.also the hood is getting pinned and will be lift off. So I don't have to deal with the pivot. Radiator is getting moved way forward and will be all but vertical. The water lines are the only issue and I will bend up some hard line if necessary to make it work.
Here is a pic closer to where I want it.

Got some more parts in fittings for the Bosch 044 pump. 10an in 8 out. Decided to run 8 an to the front so that two pumps later will not need a new line ran. And it was .20 a foot difference in price.
Ev1 connectors for my 60lb deka injectors. A 40A relay and plugs for my water pump
Started tacking the 4 link brackets to the rear end. I'm wanting this rolling chassis by Halloween

Well I am going to have to put the vette on rush for a couple weeks because my halloween dead line to get this thing into a roller has just been made a hard deadline because I am moving out of my appartment into another one that my friend owns. So to get it from my garage to his big shop it has to have a rear end in it and wheels and tires.
Got a radiator for it. (Stock gen4 camaro radiator 109 from orileys) and my current fans will work decent may need to modify the shroud to cover more of the radiator once I get it running.

4 link brackets tacked to the housing
Trimmed some useless guards for the speed sensor.
Has anyone ever tapped the steam ports for 1/8 npt Wanting to use 1/8 npt to -4 an fitting and -4 lines.
