42# Ford Green Top Injectors My engine builder recommended I buy 42# Ford Green Top Injectors. I am a bit confused b/c these are going into a LQ4 motor w/ the GM wiring harness.
So I am requesting a bit of information from you guys as to exactly what does he mean, and where can I find them? Thanks

I got mine used off E-Bay for $160 and sent them to be flowed ($80). They were all spot-on perfect in this case...

There are only two types of GM FI connectors, these fit the early style that GM used up until the mid 2-oughts. You can google the different connectors to see which ones you have. IIRC, they are referred to as either "Bosch" or "mini-timer"...

The green tops are the ev1 style connector.
# 4 above is incorrect, as there is at least 3 types of gm fi connectors for ls engines.
ev1,early bosch, rodchester= f body, some early corvette's, and most aftermarket injectors
ev6=ls2, ls3, ls7, and most current engines
truck=4.8, 5.3,6.0, 8.1, and a lot of marine stuff
above list is by no means complete.. Steve
