Great read and a lot of info I can use on my build. I'm putting a ls2 in a 60 caddy. So far I got mine in the car need Tranz mount. Then moving forward. Going gas then exhaust.
So with ricks tank. Was it a direct fit. And what fuel pumps did you run. Thanks

I never had it in boost with the base tune. Was not going to take that chance. That was what they started out with on the dyno.

The tank was supposed to be a direct fit but needed a bit of massaging if you go back through the thread. There are some variations with the 65-70 B body that might have been overlooked. Had the same issue when installing the Magnaflow exhaust last year. As long as I was able to fix the issues without shipping that tank back I am satisfied. The tank uses 2 AC Delco ZL1 fuel modules.

Yep, not sure if I should be worried about it since they were close. I had the rear loaded but the front was on jackstands under the front of the door so the rear may be about 1" lower when loaded properly.

Unfortunately I have no real updates. Here are some pics of the car on the ground showing the gas tank. It's huge and holds well over 20 gallons.

Well...Initial numbers are in but tuning is not done. I want to wait until I have a dyno sheet to post but I will say the numbers exceeded expectations. The last week was very nerve wracking to say the least. Between the fuel system, plumbing, trans, and rearend all being new and untested I could not help but vision catastrophic failure over and over in my head. When you spend this much time putting something together it can really mess with you. I feel like I am finally over the hump on this thing and looking forward to driving my first turbo car.

I don't have the car back yet but the numbers are in. The red lines are 17 PSI with the converter unlocked. These numbers exceeded my expectations for a very mild and relatively simple combination. The cam has a bit of lope but drives great, like a new truck would.

I cannot get the graph. I think you need a google account. What are the peak numbers? Love this build BTW.

Edit. Just read the change in the title. WOW!

Thanks dude! I do post them with Google images but seems I am having issues with them being visible recently. Do you just see a link or x'ed photo?

It's a JFR (Jarrett Faggart Racing) specked Lunati. 218/224 on a 112 LSA. Around .575 lift I believe. Super mild in the realm of LS cams.

I posted the dyno chart in post # 188. I am trying to trouble shoot the image issue but I see it on multiple platforms.

For those who cannot see it in post 188, what DO you see. Is there anything that indicates a photo should be there?

For now, here is a link to the dyno chart.
