In 30 seconds of searching, it looks like you'll need to do your homework on your oil pan clearance, exhaust and accessory drives, looks like either Vette, F-body, or aftermarket are your options... Things like motor mounts should be bolt-on issues, transmission should stay in same spot, so unless you change the transmission, you shouldn't have to adjust the trans mount or driveshaft, you'd just need an adapter to bolt on the older style SBC trans to the LS engine. Also you're going to need the PCM reflashed, a modified harness, and a high pressure fuel pump to achieve the psi required to run fuel injection.
