mustang fuel system my car has an aeromotive 340lph in the factory tank on the factory pick up in my 89 mustang.
been doing some research. looks like guys are using a corvette fuel filter. is this filter also a fuel pressure regulator? what years did this come out of?
also it looks like there is a factory fuel pressure regulator on my ls1 fuel rails, keep this also, ditch it, or do I need an aftermarket FPR at the rails?

I ordered mine out of a 2000 model year. It is a filter regulator combo.
If your engine is an ls1 from an fbody then it does not have a regulator on the rails.
You only need one FPR whichever location it may be.

What engine do you have? Is it actually an LS1, or a truck engine? Only the 97-8 Corvettes had return style fuel rails with a regulator on them. If what you think is a regulator on the rail doesn't have a vacuum line attached to it, then it is not a regulator.

right where the single line splits to two on the fuel rail it looks like there is a FOR of sorts, but if it is not, that is good to know.
