Default Which hardware for this swap

Swapping a LQ4 and a T56 in the 1981 corvette, I'm having a few questions:

Is this a flywheel or flexplate and can I reuse it?

+ new ARP bolts

Getting this bearing:

Which Clutch do you recommend, I'd like something between OEM and track..

You'll do better here in the conversions section.

The bearing that you have a link to is wrong. You need the small diameter bearing that goes deeper into the crank. I highly recommend the Luk Gold clutch kit:

Amazon.com: LuK 04-905 Clutch Set: Automotive Amazon.com: LuK 04-905 Clutch Set: Automotive

It's the same as an LS7 and comes with the flywheel, pilot bearing, flywheel bolts, pressure plate and disk. Even includes a new bearing but not the hydraulic part of the slave. I have this in my 1967 Cougar with a F-body t56 behind it. Works great with the F-body slave.

Why do you need the block plate?

I thought the block plate was mandatory. Will not buy it then

Hmm that's a good price on the LUK.

Here is more info on my T56:

It's from a 1998 Camaro/Firebird. 26 input splines, 27 output
450 torque rating

Outer Diameter of the input splines: 1.5"
Outer diameter of the input "rod/shaft": 0.6"
That shaf protrudes a bit from the bellhousing

Will the LUK kit fit?
