Yep! I'm on a lot of forums. Majority of people stick to 1 forum hell even just 1 section of a particular forum. I posted my build here in the conversions section 1st and didn't get very many views. But when I posted my build in the forced induction section it had a ton more traffic. I'd venture to say 95% of ls1tech members don't even know about z31p/300ZX club. Most here barely know about the 300zx. If the do is just they 1990-1996. Even though more 300zx were sold in 1984 alone than all of 1990-1996 combined (it was very close) I really think this build is something people enjoy to read about or at least the viewing pics part

Great build. Your fabricator has some serious skill. That has gotta the best welding I've ever seen. HE has very steady hands.

Thank you. Yeah he's a beast. Believe it or not he's only be fabricating for 2.5 years

Stainless Steel=Vibrant(depending on size) and Frozen boost, Aluminum tubing= CXracing.(I've compared high $ aluminum tubing to the CXracing and honestly they both have the same inconsistencies. So IMO it's pointless to spend the extra $. That's funds that could be used elsewhere. That's just from my personal experiences.) Hope that helps you.

I almost didn't click on this because I didn't know what a Z31 was. I only clicked because of your screen name. My first car was an 86 Maxima SE stick that I used to beat up on my 305 Camaro buddies with. The 3.0 was a great motor for the mid eighties. Obviously your new setup will be way more fun and the fab work looks outstanding. Keep it up.

I figured that would happen, I may change the title so people will actually click on it. That V6(VG30E) is awesome. I still plan on building a serious 1 some day. Here's my buddies car that still rocks the VG30E. The thing that's hilarious is he had a timing belt tensioner stud fail and embedded the valves into the heads. He just swapped the heads out. Then let it eat it with divoted pistons and all. It's been rocking and rollin for the past 2 years at this power level.
With this build I wanted to do something out of the box that only a few prior to me have done. Hopefully I'll yield some respectable results when is all said and done. I appreciate you taking a chance and reading my build.

Any updates?

Curious to see how that LOJ adapter works for you. I'm in the same boat as you. 5.3 with z32 trans behind it, on a s14 though

I have a few much past due updates coming soon. I'm working on completing a few things before posting up items I've already gotten done. I personally like to post up finished sections/chunks of my progress. I'm sure the adapter will fit my needs. Now the 30a on the other hand we'll see it can handle it(fingers crossed). If I blow all 3 I have then I'll be making some major changes.
