This is the link to LT1swap where he did an LS3/L99 which was really similar. Jason and I both based our work on this.

This how-to on LT1swap walks through the main process, albeit a different harness, but its the same technique. Sadly it might not make sense until you start tearing into the harness. It made more sense to me once I got going.
LT1swap also shows here how to make your own fuse block and OBD2 port to make your oem harness more of a standalone harness.

And my harness was missing one of the ECM plugs as well. I think I mentioned it in Jason's thread at the top. I had the 80 pin connector, but needed a new 73 pin connector, and this is where I got it. I also bought the special crimper to do the crimps the right way.
