LS swap into Nova which AC compressor SD7 or SD508? Hey guys-
Finishing up the front accessories on my Restoration/swap and curious which is the best AC compressor to use when using an aftermarket AC. I have the Holley LS engine brackets that accommodate either the SD508 or SD7, but I'm not sure which to get. I know the SD508 is larger with more displacement and the SD7 has a higher RPM threshold and is a smaller package. I'm running an underdrive balancer/fluid damper.
1. Which is the better compressor to run sd508 or sd7?

2. When using the stock 2002 camaro engine harness, does it have a WOT or high RPM kickout for the compressor?
