I'm nearing the end of my first swap (hopefully). I know very little about the LS1 and was wondering if someone could help me identify a few items and their function. Motor is out of an 04 Corvette.
Using a stock Throttle body off an 02 F-Body
1. Where does the vacuum line go? There are two one on the right and one on the left?
2. The hose with the green tape, has a line that goes between the heads. Where does it go?
3. Below the drivers side fuel rail there is a flexible line, that comes off the intake and runs to the back of the head (has a green cap on it). Is this emissions related?
4. Is the throttle body spacer required? It is a very tight fit with the intake on.
5. Does anyone know the size of the screws or bolts for the sensors on the throttle body?

steam lines between the 2 heads should be plumbed into a fitting in the radiator (if you have an ls swap radiator) or some people drill the top of the water pump and put it there.
2 of the lines in the throttle body are for coolant lines. Most folks bypass them.
If a 02 Fbody TB... there is a fresh air port for the PCV system and two port for the steam vent to run from port in picture #2. Like stated, it can be bypassed and blocked off.
Picture #3 is the EVAP. Unless your using it. Remove and block off the port.
Spacer ?. Only if you need one to adapt the TB to the Manifold. Not sure of the thread size, but would figure it be around 4mm ?
