Default Couple questions about the fuel system + wiring

Hi everybody
I am working on an LQ4/4L80e swap in my 1971 El Camino. Currently just want to be able to drive it reliably, but in the next year or so I plan to go for a turbo and hope to have about 600hp to the rear wheels. Time/budget/skill level didnt allow for that this time around. Im only 18 and this is my first engine swap, so im sure ill have plenty more questions, but here are what I have now:

1:I plan to use an external pump. Can I use my stock tank? It had 4 lines running off of it, could I plug two and use the other two for my primary and return?

2:I am leaning towards the 044 pump, what regulator would be best for me to use, and what lines?

3:What are you guys using for fuse blocks? I had most of my harness done but I still need to run a few relays and then the fuses.

Thanks in advance!
