Hello,

Im Swaping a 5.3 into a Foxbody Mustang. Stock harness and stock bulky fusebox.

Im putting power to the main stud of the fuse box, and ran C1 - A9 to a fused Run/Start source.

Every time I turn the key to the ON position, I instantly blow a fuse labeled "SEO IGN". Not sure where I went wrong. What could I be missing?

Hopefully someone can point me into the right direction. Thank you!!

 

Can't trouble shoot electrical from here, but SEO is usually just add on accessories "special equipment option" Check to make sure you don't have a bare wire grounding out somewhere or just pull the fuse and verify everything else is hot and working.

 

Gotcha, unfortunately, I dont hear my relays clicking when I turn the key. Not sure if the fuse blowing is apart of that issue aswell. I will keep searching for any bare wires grounding out.

Also, my pcm has the stock 5.3 tune and does not have VATS tuned out yet. Will that cause the fusebox problem?

Im getting power to all of my fuses, but my relays wont click on.
