Easiest L83/LT4 swap recipient?
Have an L83 pullout, with the 6l80E, rear end, modules, pedal, wheels and brakes from a 2014 Silverado Crew Cab 4x2 Max tow.
It was for a prerunner build that has changed directions...
My fab skills are LIMITED (been doing rock crawlers for a while, still pay for welding), and 4+ seats and COLD AC is a must. A 5 series BMW could be nice (M KILLER) but so would a Grand Cherokee if the ******* AC would work right... Electric steering works well with 37"+ tires, but not sure how well it will play on a non-solid axle vehicle.
I am familiar with the common LS swaps, and think the HPFP isnt going to be an issue since it is still low pressure in. The electric power steering is pretty straight forward to me too- alot of dirt track cars and ATVs use similar systems, and I did build a ram assist for my last 2 Jeeps...
Looking to be flamed and maimed as you hold my hand through this...

Welding is not nearly as hard as you think it is. Get yourself a welder and I promise you you'll be good at it quickly. It might not be PRETTY.....but that's what flap disks are for
