Default Turn signal switches

I am looking for a turn signal switch for my S10. It no longer has the stock column. So, again, I do not want a column mounted switch.

I need a dash switch that allows for the brake lights to work with it. So a 7 pin switch. I found some for 200 bucks or more, but there has to be a cheaper way. Its a race truck, not a show truck.

Know of anything?

I've just used a simple On-Off-On switch and a relay circuit like this before. If you use a double pole switch you can wire up dash indicators as well.

that circuit gives you rear turn signals, but does not appear to provide front ones.

I'm not an electrical guy by any means. LOL.. Could this work if you tied in the turn signals together with the fronts? So left and right fronts off 30 ?

No you can not tie the fronts to 30 on this circuit because it supplies a brake light when no blinker is activated. You would have front brake lights. LOL

It can be modified to do front as well though. If you search the web for blinker circuits you will find tons of schematics.

If you use a DPDT switch you can include the front lamps, center of the extra pole going to the red lead above ,and the front lamps going to each side of the switch. Steve

That sounds like it should work. Looks like I will be building a relay/flasher panel for this now. LOL. I hate building up electrical stuff.

I posted this same question in another section. Got pretty much zero good answers. Thank you 1964SS! This works perfectly for me too. Now I can drive around and use blinkers.

Anytime, and as EFI stated if you use a double pole type switch you can use the other pole for dash indicators and front blinkers as well.
