Been searching for quite awhile and cant find what I'm looking for.
I have a tanks in fuel injection tank and I need to connect the fuel pump module to a corvette regulator/filter. I want to use plastic lines and I'm looking for fittings to screw into the pump module (1/4" npt I believe) that will let me connect the plastic line quick connect.
I have that same sender in my car, and what I did was cut off about an inch and a half or so of some fuel lines where the quick connect hooks on it, and then brazed them to the NPT fitting that screws into the sender. I wanted the quick connects as close as possible so that the sender would be able to come out of the factory hole in the floor. I used factory plastic quick connect fittings and it worked out great. I could change the pump out on the side of the road in less than a half hour with only a couple of screwdrivers.
That's a great idea brazing the male quick connect fuel line onto the fittings. That would solve the one thing I don't like about my setup (the pressure and return fittings at the sender do not swivel).
