OK a little background.

This is a race only car and it has minimum wiring.

I blew my old motor and while I had it out, I redid the wiring again. I have done the wiring before and removed the bcm and it no longer has vats.

It really has nothing but what it has to have.

I have these getting power to them:
pcm ign 19blue
pcm batt 20blue and 61blue
engine control to trans
inj- bank 1
inj- bank 2

I have the 2 wires on the driver back head grounded as well as
76red
72red
60blue
21blue

I have the pnp orange/black wire 32red hooked to the shifter
I do not have the trans wires plugged up

I am not getting spark and I don't think I'm getting injector firing
I have power and ground at the coils
I have fuel pressure at the rail and it has fresh fuel in it.

Id look into the crank signal as it controls spark and injector firing. Also are the engines the same gen? If you had gen3 and now have gen4 or vice versa

Thanks for your help. I checked the crank sensor and I don't believe it is getting power any ideas to why it would not get power the wiring of the sensor seems to be just fine

Im not really up on the fbody harnesses and i know the 98 has some diiferences. It may be a 12v or 5v sensor? If nobody else chimes in ill look at a diagram at work tomorrow

Ok, the crank sensor gets power from the pcm red connector pin 62. Should be lt green wire and is pin c on sensor connector. If theres no power there i would look back over the pcm powers and grounds. I wonder if the pcm will communicate with a scan tool, that would tell us alot. Id bet its not since its not outputting anything.
Wiring diagram shows blue pins 20 and 61 hot at all times and blue 19 hot in run and START. Thats important, if that wire isnt hot when cranking it will not fire like yours is. Also 4 grounds red 72 and 76 and blue 21 and 60.
hope this helps

Thanks so much for the help. I got it fired u

I did actually have power at that sensor. Only problem was the cam sensor wire was plugged into the crank sensor and vice versa. I wired those two backwards some how so I had to strip the wire back out of my harness and they both had the same end. I switched them and bam it started right up. Feel so much better now
