A VATS problem generally presents as a brief fire and quick shut off.

Check your grounds. Got the two grounds going to the back of each head?

Then i think it doesn't have any vats problem because
there is no fire at all in coils and no signal from crank sensor also. And yeah i got both grounds tomorrow i will upload pictures of wirimg and grounds etc. and thanks for reply

Yeah i did here fuel pump sound even i connected lamp to fuel pump when i was cranking it was getting on well my guess is there is problem related to pcm or pcm itself because pcm is not giving any signal to coils or crank sensor.
