5.3L in a Nash Metropolitan

5.3L in a Nash Metropolitan Well, I have this problem. I like to buy cars when I find them, especially if they are cheap. I am trying to quit, but, I guess you could say I am a work in progress.
Earlier this year while picking up a Chevy pickup I had bought (sight unseen) previously I saw my friend had a Nash Metropolitan sitting there. So I told him "you might as well sell me that Nash too". Little negotiation and I paid him. Now it's time to go pick it up and I am starting to think about an 5.3 LS motor I have sitting around. Searched the site and couldn't find anything, but that doesn't matter.
Gotta finish my El Camino first, but I think it would be cool. I met a guy who narrowed a rack unit from a Miata for his Metro. ???
I will post some pics ASAP.

Nash Well I have seen a pro street Metro with a BIG BLOCK so a 5.3 should be just fine. Think a 4 cylinder 2 liter would be a bit overpower for the Metro but, hey, 8 has got to be better than 4!
When I build my 33 ****** had to cut down a MII rack by 8 inches. Can be done without welding. Some company did an ad about narrowing a rack to anyones' desire, think it may have been Unisteer.
