What is this line coming from the TB?

What is this line coming from the TB? You are looking at the passenger side of the throttle body.
On the driver side there is a steam line that goes from the head to underneath the throttle body and there is a rubber line that comes out of the other side. Im trying to figure out where this rubber line should go. I was under the impression that you dont need an outlet for the steam lines if you keep the stock truck intake but it looks like I may have been mistaken.
Keep me posted. Tomorrow should (hopefully) be the big day to start this thing up for the first time.
