What intake? What fuel pressure regulator?

If you're using a Holley regulator just put the pressure sensor there, that's what I did. The sensor is not in yet in the picture but you can see the fitting. I used a T to mount the sensor and a small pressure gauge.

You can see the gauge here, I put it there to make setting the static pressure easier. Picture is not the best but you get the idea.

I would not mount it on the rail. I had a sender attached to the schrader valve on my GTO and I almost burned the car to the ground.

Earl's makes a -6 to -6 AN male union with a 1/8" NPT port on it. Run that inline with your feed line and mount it to the firewall.

Mounted mine next to the fuel rail using one of the 6an to 6an fittings with the 1/8 npt port. Also used a 90 degree fitting to keep it parallel to the fuel rail and out of the way.

If you have aftermarket rails, you can mount the adapter right on the rail. That's how I have it on my Cougar.
