Fuel Level Harness

I have a new Ractronix Hot Wire kit and I see a connector that appears to have the wiring for the fuel level sensor. My question is do I need a separate harness to run to my dash for the fuel gauge. I'm going to use the Dakota Digital DHX cluster. Here is a picture of the connector I'm referring to, its the square connector.

BTW I still need to know what to do with that 1/4" clear tube coming out of my fuel pump ???
