Low speed fan on when running

Low speed fan on when running Has anyone ever had a problem with the low speed (fan 1) staying on when the car is running? My ls1 blazer started this recently and I am able to turn it off with HPtuners but when I exit out it comes back on. I unplugged that relay to see if fan 2 works normal and it did. I also tried a write entire with no luck. All wiring checks out and I changed out the pcm to an extra and the problem went away. Not really a big deal just curious.
What is the fan 1 on temp set at? And what is the pcm seeing for temp? If the sensor is giving a faulty or wrong reading its gonna kick it on for safety.

The ECT sensor was the first thing I checked. The fan was bringing it all the way down to 174 and it would stay. The on temp is 195. A/c was deleted for the turbo. The only reason I was confused is because it just randomly started.
That is pretty odd i must say. Doesnt make sense for the pcm to keep it on after is cooled that far. Only other setting is the off temp, if it somehow got set to 150* it would obviously never go off. If all thats good the pcm has become damaged somehow, especially when a different pcm doesnt do it. Kinda rules everything else out

The different pcm is what fixed it. I agree that it is a very odd problem and more so that it just randomly started doing it. Thanks for the response though!

It was still controllable through the VCM scanner and it would be off with the key on and engine off. Like I said I figured it was the pcm but wanted to make sure I wasn't miasing something out of the ordinary.
