Pics to come.
I have most of my fuel fittings. I'm gonna use bulk plastic line and quick connects from NAPA for the fuel return. I may be able to start the actual swap sooner than expected.

Have you considered NiCopp for fuel lines? I love the stuff. I've used the plastic line too and it works well, but isn't heat resistant and doesn't take bends well.
What year and model truck was that PCM from? I've heard of the E78, but never played with one. I was looking at HP Tuners and they have notes saying they support that PCM, but now I'm curious to see what year(s) and motel(s) it's used in for V8's. One thing I found on a very quick search mentioned a Chevy Cruise, but that doesn't mean anything.
What I did learn is the PCM uses a torque based logic which is different than the Gen III or Gen IV E38 and E67 PCM's I've played with in the past. I wonder how that logic would work with a manual transmission in a swap. Hmmmm.... I guess I have some more reading to do.

the underdrive pulley arrived and got installed. I'm about to drill for the pin. I'm working out brackets and spacers for the S/C and the mini alternator. I need to get my fuel rails and injectors installed so I can build the hold down brackets for the rails.
I gotta tell ya though, I'm really gonna miss this Isky cam. I've been listening to other cars with the LS9 cam, and it just doesn't have the cool factor of my rumpety-rump 280 cam. Hoping the brute power overcomes my desire to hear Ed talking out the tail pipes. lol
