Default Overheating issues with this radiator hose set up?

Since my Porsche 911 never had radiators in it, plumbing the cooling system has been one of the bigger challenges. I wanted to run the hose lines in the similar manner/locations that the factory oil cooler lines previously went through.

Would I have an issue with air pockets developing in the top of the hoses in the front fender area or will my EWP be able to push enough water through to get air out of there?

As long as the fill point is higher than any loops, the air will eventually bleed out.

Give some thought to debris coming of the tires at a high rate of speed acting like shrapnel for the lines...

That's good to know. I thought I'd have to add a bleed screw or something to the top of the line in the fender area there, which would have been a bit PITA to bleed every time I needed to do so.

Good thing for fender liners.

My wife had one of the original 1985 MR2's. Toyota put a small bleed valve in one of the lines at a high point in the "frunk" - made bleeding air out a piece of cake.

If it comes down to it, I may have to run a remote bleeder line like you're saying. There's just no easy way into the front trunk area of the car through the fenders, and I am running the coolant lines down both sides of the car with my dual radiator set up, so I'd have to do it to both sides of the car.

It would probably make sense to run an expansion tank in the rear and have that be the fill point (highest point) in the system.

Understand Don - Andrew's right, if the fill point is higher, eventually the air will work its way out, but it can be a pain. The Toy had a high mount res under the hood AND the bleed valve.

That's what I had figured, but it's good to hear from others as well to reassure myself. I'll just be sure to have the remote filler neck be the highest point then. Probably a weld on solution, because most of the in line remote filler necks wouldn't put it high enough.
