Im sure there is an in and out at the oil pan, but does the cooler specify which port is in and which is out?

IMO its not gonna make a hill of beans difference if the only thing its going to is an oil cooler. Just pick a port from the pan and stick it to the cooler then from cooler back to pan. The coolers usually dont have a flow direction so it shouldnt matter.

I used the Mast pan with a stacked plate cooler on mine -- to Lsxford's point, I just hooked 'em up in a way that made it easiest to route the lines/looked the best. Have no idea which way oil is flowing through the cooler. But it works just fine.
