Default LSX Exhaust Manifold identification

Good day all,

I bought an LS6, built engine for a Frankenstein I am building and I can't seem to find the right manifold flanges. My OEM manifolds are apparently from a "Z06" car and I am trying to find the 3 bolt flanges that mate to them so I can fab my exhaust. Local hot rod shop seems stumped...and this is my 1st LSx project.

Here's the situation, both my driver and passenger side manifold "exits" are a 3 bolt, triangle flange style, have a 3" opening..BUT the top two bolts are 3.75" center-to-center and the bottom bolt is only 3.25" from each top bolt. I have attached the template I made to add clarity. My question is...when ordering these 3 bolt flanges from my local hot rod shop, what CAR am I ordering them to fit? I did search the forum...buckets of flange info, but nothing I could find about bolt pattern measurements. Thanks all.

It would be easier to tell if you post up a pic of the manifolds. Are they the same on both sides?
