Which oxygen sensors do i need?

Which oxygen sensors do i need? OK a full blown newby here.I have always wanted a old truck with a LS conversion.I just bought a 87 c10 with what is supposed to be a 5.3.I did not get any history with it.Now I don't know what to do with it.
The best I can tell it may be a 01 or 02 because it has the fuel regulator on the fuel rail.It has bungs in R&L headers but no oxygen sensors.The wiring harness best I can tell is factory probally from same mystery vehicle the engine came out of.It does not look like it has been updated at all.It still has all the wires in it that would be needed for the newer vehicle it came out of.
It runs pretty good without sensors.
I guess I need to start with a new wiring harness or have this one modified.
