More pics of the underside painted and bedlliner. We spent all day today reassembling. Got a good majority of the front clip complete. Used old grill and front end stuff for mock up. Worked on the fender gaps too. Anyways, heres some pics of the progress and how far we got! still a huge pile of parts layn on the ground, but hey, a little at a time I suppose!!!

Alrite, so heres some more update pics. Awhile back I swore we d get AC n heat in the car. Kinda shelfed the idea for awhile, til now. Time to revisit it. And my trip down memory lane here kinda reminds me why I "shelfed" the idea awhile back. If its one thing I ve learned with this build sofar, its IF THERES A WILL, THERES A WAY! if YOU SAY YOU CAN, YOU WILL. IF YOU SAY YOU CANT, YOU WONT! Bla bla bla, lol. Heres some pics of this nitemare. Some of you will know exactly what your looking at, some of you will not. Either way, I ll try my best to explain it. And you will all know how tight fitting this is!!!

Back to this, Turbo is effn huge! 60lbs stuffed in close to everything
Pass. side manifold into divided(twin scroll) T6 flange/housing. They are right on top of each other with little to no room to intersect over the AC compressor(Sanden SD7B10 w/ Dirty Dingo mount). you guys following still, solve one problem and create 2 more. Ummm, shooda went with a Whipple!

Had to ditch the pass side use of flipped truck manifold for this Corvette manifold instead. She aint the prettiest girl at the ball, but we will dance!
This is why stock cast manifolds work so well in retro fit turbo applications. Excellent heat retention, and reliability/longevity

Thinkn of switching to a LS2 Corvette water pump. Same spacing and diameter I believe, but a much shallower(sp) pulley. Trying to create room where there isn't. I feel any room available will create better airflow/cooling on this cramped set up. Least of my problems for now tho. Stay tuned for more of the turbo redo part 3. We are awaiting some materials and specialty items to finish up hotside.
A little throw back for you guys, I started this project about 2yrs ago, In the meanwhile, My wife and I had our first born. Its interesting to remember these pics and than see the 1 from today of our fresh haircuts,LOL. Guys, time flies with the Kids. Shyt is no joke when people say that.
My son Lincoln(22months) and I as of today
Cheers! Health, wealth, and happiness to all of you. I can honestly say I'm living the best years of my life right now!

How tight is to tight you ask? Well here ya go. We got the entropy radiator and fans in. As usual, there is clearance, even in spaces there appears to be none.
We are gunna cut the water pump hose nipple down to the 2nd rolled edge to fit a hose. Probably gunna end up switching to the corvette LS2 waterpump. For now we can just reclock the fan to clear the support rib on the fan motor.

I ve been chipping away at some reassembly in between turbo and other fab shyt. Last 2days went really well I think.
Ricks efi tank, fuel lines, transcooler lines, and oil cooler lines are ran and plumbed. Just gotta connect last 2 oil cooler lines to adapters. I was spent and couldn't go any further mentally
