Default 1968 C10 LS T56 swap

All,

I'm in the middle swapping an LS3 into my 68 C10 short box. Been doing some research in regards to the T56. I'd like to do a 4" front drop and 6" rear drop. From what I've seen so far there can be a interference with the drive shaft and the stock C10 trailing arm cross member with this amount of rear drop.

Can anyone comment on this. I'd rather not modify the stock cross member.

Thanks.

Post your question on the 67-72 Truck forum.

Thanks for the help.

Seems to me we have met on another forum? Maybe BMW LSI 36 swap?

I have a 99 E36 vert with a LS/T56 swap.

I have retired from my company. I submitted my personal email address to the C10 forum with no response from their webmaster. Shows that I can sign on but I cannot post or reply to posts.

If you can help I would be grateful.

How's your project going? On the road yet?

I don't know much about that forum other than it's the best resource for the info you're seeking. I would imagine a moderator will activate your account for posting privileges in a day or two.
