That air hose looks like it's connected to a water spigot.

Nice work.

I'm confused by the damper piece. No key in the damper?

Most LS dampers do not have a key. The only ones I know of are the supercharged versions (LSA, LS9, etc...)

Sure is. It's an original rim from my first "fun" car, 2006 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V. I try to keep one memorable part from each car I own as a piece of memorabilia.

I have a ton of old pictures to update showing the last few months of work but still need to sift through them.

In the meantime, this happened last night:

Ok, coming up on 400 out of 500 slow break in miles for the rear diff (the old one was making noise and was replaced under warranty).

I "borrowed" a tune from a guy on CorvetteForum with an LS3 C5, surprisingly runs really well around town. With the cutouts closed the car sounds stock and cruises nicely. With the dumps open you can definitely tell it's cammed

Pat G is working on a remote tune for me, expect to get it in the next couple days. That should coincide with the end of the diff break in - I plan on changing the engine oil and diff lube and letting it eat.

So far there have been no unusual noises, sounds, leaks, etc. Only issue is a P0332 code for a knock sensor that keeps coming back. I need to check to see that the harness isn't pinched anywhere, and that the sensors themselves are working. Anyone know how to get a live reading in HPT VCM for knock sensors so I can tap on em and see which one is dead?

swap is done, buttoning up the tune, just did my first track day on the new setup. Still some small kinks to work out but overall very pleased. I'll put together a longer update in the next few days
