Default need help on a 70 A body swap

I have tall and narrow frame mounts and was wondering what motor mounts I need to get the motor as low as I can get it.I will be using the ls1/4l60 out of a 2000 Camaro and the parts I have already are holley 302-2 pan, speed engineering 1 7/8 headers , ICT plates and chevelle 398011 frame mount.I also want to use the brakes off the Camaro and need to know what it takes to use them on this car.The car is a 1970 442 with a 12 bolt rearend.thanks

stock style mounts are all going to have the same assembled height to mantain proper geometry. Tall-narrow and short-wide are the same height when the 2 pieces are assembled as shown above.

The tall/narrow mount appears to have more rubber in it. Do they flex more than the short -wide?

My suggestion is to not use that arrangement and instead look at the Holley mounts. The Holley kit will position the engine as low as possible, much lower than you can ever get with the original frame stands and swap plates.

How much lower will the holley mount set the motor and will they work good with the ICT brackets?

I can't tell you relative dimensions. The Holley frame stands are designed to use the 2002 Camaro engine mounts so the ICT brackets are not needed.
