Default Fuel Line connections

Got a '74 C10 that I'm putting an '87 fuel tank in and was thinking of using Tube to AN fittings to run some of the line with but have read they are good for 50-55lbs

The hard line in the truck is 3/8 and is in great shape. Need to plumb feed and return.
* The feed line is from tank to hard line and from hard line to FPR then FPR to fuel rail. This is where I'm concerned about pushing the limits on the Tube to AN fittings
* The return is FPR to Union and from Union to Tank. Not worried about pressure here.

I considered using Doorman quick connects and nylon hose but concerned about running that hose up the frame rail which is why I considered going to braided AN hose since I know that works. Plus I really don't know how those quick connects work so AN is my first thought since I am very familiar with that option. I guess the doorman/nylon option is less than 1/2 the cost of AN/Braided

Mostly just uneducated in this space and looking for a few pointers!

Tube AN connectors will work fine. **** ive took the nylon quick coonect kits from the parts store and slid it over hard line without issues. I also use the better fuel injection hose clamps. They work alot better than the worm style.

Can I run the nylon hose 10' up the frame rail? I'd secure with insulated clamps so abrasion should not be a concern.

If you're worried about the pressure limits of tube to AN fittings, another option might be to get some AN sleeves and flare nuts and a 37* flaring tool and just flare AN style ends onto the existing tubing, assuming there's enough sticking out to work with. I've got a lot of stuff on my car where I've basically done that with bulk aluminum tubing, and it's not bad once you get used to it.

i ran nylon fuel line for my feed line on my chevelle the whole length. u would be fine with 10 feet if u clamp it to the frame.
