I'll be interested to see you get twins on this. I have thought about selling my single and doing twins just because I think packaging might be easier. I want to keep my a/c and inner fenders, and then it starts getting tight. I think I will have to ditch the factory ac and do a vintage air unit.
I’m set on doin a remote mount in the bed as of now
The issue I have seen with rear mounting, is getting the charge pipe, or in your case, charge pipes up to the front without either going on the outside of the frame rail or in the way of the front tires. Nothing wrong with it on the outside of the frame rail, its just personal preference. Those turbos look nice.

I’m hoping I will have enough room on the passenger side to run it that way inside the frame rail. I wonder if there would be any negative effect on combining the charge pipes at the rear instead of running 2 charge pipes and combining at the intake?
finally got the 5.3 back from the machine shop. waiting on main and rod bearings to arrive and camshaft. decidded to go with a ljms stage 1 twin turbo cam
Got the short block assembled yesterday. Went with king racing main and rod bearings. Also started cleaning on the chassis some. Waiting on cam, oil pump, and lifters now. Anyone have any suggestions on drilling the stock gas tank for feed lines or going fuel cell?
