DBW Help, No Throttle
So I'm trying to wrap up the LS swap on my 1960 Olds and for some reason cannot figure out why the throttle will not work. The car will start, but I get no response from the throttle at all, either while running or off with key in on position. The motor is a stock 5.3 LM7 with LS1 intake and a 4L60e transmission. When I turn the key on, the throttle body will flicker, and that is about all the movement it does. Afterwards the following trouble codes set: P1516, P0220, P2108, P2135, U0107. I have tried 2 different pedals and 2 different TAC modules and still get the same codes and no throttle response. The TAC and pedals I have are the metal type with 9 pins on the harness. The PCM registers on my scan tool as a 2005 Suburban so I'm assuming it's a got a 2005 tune. I've rechecked the grounds and connections and everything seems to be tight. I'm not sure what else to do at this point and hoping someone may have some suggestions on what to look at next. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
Also, what harness are you using? If you modded the factory one, the power to the TAC can be easy to miss, so make sure it has power.
I'm not positive on the year the pedal and modules came out of. They are the metal pedals with the 9 pin connection. I did go to a junkyard yesterday and noticed that a 2004 Tahoe had a 6 pin version. Is it possible that I need a 6 pin module and pedal?
I will double check to make sure the TAC is getting power. The harness was a new one built by a local shop.
