ok so I got an email sent to tweaked performance (wire harness mfg)
seems they strategically placed my oem honda oil oressure light connectors in this area (see grey rubber boot) guessing somewhere around here I can screw in or adapt my oem honda sensor so my oil light will come on.
Also, I have identified the gm oil pressure sensor in rear of intake and the second pressure sensor hookup on harness...but it does not fit.
TIA!
Check it out.
Folks make an oil cooler adapter that replaces that little two-bolt affair above the oil filter - and most have an additional threaded port or two to screw in something like your Honda sensor.
I was able to source a VDO sender for oil temp in 16mmx1.5 and screw it right into the oil passage port above the filter in the side of the block. There’s a similar one in front behind where a lowmount alternator would go - same oil passage, front driver’s side of block. Both are already threaded with plugs in them.
I saw that and knew about the front one was wondering if led to the same. Its kind of tight at that angle but would be a good spot instead of hanging off the side there.
so a 16x1.5 and 1/8npt will adapt into that allen plug passage.
Here's a pic of my oil temp sensor in place, with the oil pan off the car.
And I drilled/tapped one of my oil cooler fittings and screwed my combo oil pressure/idiot light sensor in there.
So, 4 different oil related sensors on the car - the factory unit behind the intake, and then my 3 for analog oil press gauge, oil temp gauge and idiot light.
Keep in mind that different sensors typically have different resistance tables and require a compatible gauge or a gauge that can be programmed with the correct resistance curve. If you're connecting the VDO sensor to your factory Honda dash, more than likely you will get incorrect readings. You would have to look at the spec sheet for the Honda sensor and the VDO sensor and make sure they are a close match for them to work.

My VDO sensors are the specified ones for my OEM VDO gauges -- everything works perfectly. These were just examples the OP might use to understand better what his options are for his sensors. Likely bushings exist to adapt his metric Honda sensor(s) to the metric threads in the LS oil passages.
This wiring harness is a dual ECU harness. I have my honda 1 terminal oil press. Sensor for dummy light. (honda instrument cluster) and gm oil press. Sensor for gm ecu. The honda thread is 1/8 npt. Im just gonna drill 21/64” // male, female 1/8” elbow // an tap the thing.
