Default lm7 swap idle issues and running super rich?

as my tittle says I just got done doing the swap still trying to get some issues addressed, I got the computer flash with vats removed and what not it started up first crank it would idle perfect for about 2 minutes then it will start chugging and running super rich. it has brand new o2 sensors, plugs I had a friend of mine hook it up to hp tuners and the o2 voltage is way off? as the picture shows as well as the afr. I'm also only using upstream o2s( b1s1,b2s1)

First off, why is it not going into CLOSED LOOP? It always helps if you can post the LOG file so that we can watch the data. Right now you have a disparity between the banks but that info may not be accurate. Are you running a MAF? Please post a log for additional help.

My first guess , exhaust leak somewhere upstream of the o2 sensors , or a short in your o2 wiring

Log your coolant temp. You migh have a faulty sensor, or an air pocket keepin you on warmup enrichment. Does that thing has headers? Try ressetting the fuel trims.

Kinda looks like B1 and B2 wiring needs to be switched side to side
