Cant go over 45mph

Cant go over 45mph Edit: sorry. Crate ls3 /e38 / 2008 corvette tune. im having some kind of malfunction. Its not rpm or MAF based, and not throttle bodie lock out. It seems my ignition is cut with anything above 44-45 mph.

these are the codes I currently have. Everything else seems fine. Cold start, warm start; both idles, decel idle. It pulls strong through first second and third fourth might get me above 45 for a second but will cut no matter what. Fifth n sixth cruise. Idk im stumped. Could I have the wrong gearing/tire size inout wrong? Not sure what my next step is. Is does come back on in gear after cut and drives perfectly normal again. Could this be reduced power mode? If I just stay on the pedal it just start jerking bad.

You've already listed your issues. What exactly are you asking? I would start by taking care of your problems. The P0654 is more then likely the speed related one, but the O2 sensors and MAF need to be taken care of as well.
