2nd Gen LS Swap Hey guys. I’ve got a 1981 Firebird and I’m looking to do an ls swap. I’ve been doing some research and can’t find any good info on what y’all are doing for motor mounts. Are there just swap plates I can get? Thanks!
There is a vast amount of information regarding swap plates and swap kits for 2nd gen F body swaps. Yes you can use swap plates, but they do raise the motor a little and can effect your drive line angles. Holley makes complete bolt in swap kits for your setup and will give you the best drive line angles with the least amount of headaches.
