Default Power steering return line issue

Im doing a 6.0L swap in my 64 Chevelle. Donor vehicle had hydro boost braking which had the two return lines. The lower line is hitting the steering box, which is keeping it from being mounted. Can one line or the other be capped or can the lower one be bent for clearance? The steering box is a JGC swap as well.

You can cap the upper one, you need to use the lower one for power steering only. It can carefully be bent out of the way of whatever it is hitting.
