Welcome to the forum, I see you don't have many posts. I'm not trying to be rude you really need to actually read a bit before asking questions like the one you posted.
The reason you have few to no replies is you need to do some research instead of starting multiple threads on the same forum requesting people bring forth the information you seek.
RX8 swap kit - been done enough that there are kits, several in fact
4L60E vs. 4L80E - been discussed to death
Your power goals (listed in one of your other threads) and cam choice have been heavily discussed
Back in the ancient days (pre-internet anyway) researching required opening books and fully reading them. Since the advent of the internet, digital media and search engines, research has become far easier. My suggestion is ask your question to your favourite search engine and see what pops up. I got more information on the RX8 topic (the only bit I wasn't keen to) than I ever cared to see on one simple search.
In short you aren't traversing the sea alone, it is well charted territory - IF you read the charts.
