Unhappy Ls3 Overcharging

I have a fi-tech ultimate ls installed in my 66 nova with gm performance parts ls accessory drive system, it uses a 2008 to 2012 corvette alternator,it's currently overcharging [18volt]my command wire feeding to alternator is putting out 11 volts causing it to overcharge does, anybody know a fix for this.

If you are getting 11volts to the L terminal, that is causing the issue.

Default ls3 overcharging

Hey Andrew thanks it's been a battle to get a response from fi-tech support, I would like to just put a resistor in that feed to lower the voltage but this system is warrantied from them and I don't want to affect that,I also read some info that the d terminal is suppose to be used on corvettes only any thought's ?

You can wire the alternator without having to go through the fitech.
